Wing Snob was born in a small Schaumburg kitchen in 2014, when founder Marcus Webb decided the world needed better wings. Not just hotter wings or saucier wings — but wings crafted with intention, marinated for hours, and cooked to a perfect crisp every single time.
What started as a passion project at local food festivals quickly became a phenomenon. Customers kept coming back — not just for the heat, but for the depth of flavor in every bite. By 2016, Wing Snob had opened its first brick-and-mortar location, and the rest, as they say, is delicious history.
