How Wing Snob Got Its Wings

Wing Snob was born in a small Schaumburg kitchen in 2014, when founder Marcus Webb decided the world needed better wings. Not just hotter wings or saucier wings — but wings crafted with intention, marinated for hours, and cooked to a perfect crisp every single time.

What started as a passion project at local food festivals quickly became a phenomenon. Customers kept coming back — not just for the heat, but for the depth of flavor in every bite. By 2016, Wing Snob had opened its first brick-and-mortar location, and the rest, as they say, is delicious history.

2014

The Spark Ignites

Founder Marcus Webb serves his first batch of hand-crafted wings at the Schaumburg Summer Food Festival. The line wraps around the block twice — and never really stops.

2015

First Food Truck

Wing Snob hits the streets with its first branded food truck, serving lunchtime crowds across the Chicagoland area. Over 10,000 wings served in the first month alone.

2016

First Brick-and-Mortar

Wing Snob opens its flagship restaurant at 2319 W Schaumburg Rd. Within 3 months it earns "Best New Restaurant" recognition from the local food community.

2018

Award-Winning Sauces
